Do you plan your day?

Do you plan out what you want to accomplish each day or do you drift along, seeing what shows up? I've started a new morning routine which includes setting out the three most important tasks for the day. I think this is going to help me with my procrastination issues.

I'm feeling better now

Things are getting more settled, my back feels better and I'm finally able to workout again! I'm looking forward to a work trip to Boston next month, going to Kelowna/Okanagan to cheer on my friend who's doing Ironman, starting school again, and working out again. I would really like to get into a regular routine, but seem to be unable to so far. I'm going to enjoy the next few weeks before school starts again and start sliding in to a more regular routine for sleep, workingout, groceries, cleaning, etc. I think this will help me make better use of my time and help me to get more things done that I would like to do and have some 'guilt-free' play time.
