Back from Kelowna only 18 hours and my next trip is booked already. Going back to the East Coast for work again in two weeks. After that, back to Vancouver before the end of the month for a concert. Hopefully, November will entail no traveling as it's really disruptive to my part-time job aka the CGA program. December looks quiet too but that's still few months away.
How many trips does it take before the security people at the airport start to know you on a first name basis?
And who messed up my condo while I was gone? I swear I'm going to fire the maid one of these days...
Between work and school and working out, I barely have the time to keep this place clean. My co-workers are lucky I take the time to shower some days! ha! And to think, I was considering getting a part-time job at some point, but I think that will have to be after I figure out how to squeeze in an extra 12 hours into the day.
So many time zones, so little time.

Working out again
I just completed day 13 of P90x. 13 of 90 for the first round. I'm also following the nutrition plan as a guideline. I'm feeling a bit better already: less bloated, more energy... oh wait... my legs hurt and I'm tired, but from what I've read about others' experiences with this program, is that it goes away after a while. I also plan on running 3x a week for 20-30 minutes on my treadmill. Everything is at my fingertips, so no excuses!
Do your best and forget the rest!
PS. If you're really nice, I may put up pictures of my progress.

Success! or Cheese Part III
Third or fourth time is the charm. I was finally able to bring home the cheese from Kelowna... Now, to eat it before it expires... Stay tuned for more cheese adventures.
