manana is another day

I get the keys to my new condo in 6 days. I can't wait! I also can't wait to get out of this house and have the move over with. I know now that I should have sold the house last year and I would have saved myself a lot of money. But, that wasn't the right thing for me at that time. I would have felt that I was forced into losing my home and that I would have been miserable if that had happened. So, I need to make peace with the fact that I'm out about $10,000 compared to if I had sold last year and split the cost of the real estate agent.
